What is a gas generator or gas burner?
A gas or gas generator consists of a gas engine and a generator (which we call a coupler). These two devices are connected to the electricity of the gas-burning generator, which is capable of producing with the consumption of natural gas.

Hyper Sanatmko is a specialized reference for consulting and advising on gas factors (burning gas) constantly working for commercial, administrative and residential complexes and production factories ranging from 25 kava to 4 megawatts. In the following, he got to know more about the operation of this generator.

Today, with the expansion of the electricity distribution network in all parts of the country, dependence on this energy source is undeniable. Therefore, in order to prevent damages caused by power outages in the national network in all administrative, commercial and residential centers as well as production, the emergency power backup system should be used.

For this purpose, it is suggested to use diesel generator and continuous gas generators as an identical system with two fuel supply sources of the combustion system.

Gas generator components
The gas generator consists of 4 main components, which include the combustion engine with gas fuel, the power generator, the chassis that supports the system, and finally the steering and power panel, among which the most important part is the combustion engine with natural gas fuel (CNG) and gas. liquid (LPG).

Gas burning engine or combustion engine with gas fuel

Every electric generator in any type of fuel includes an engine. In fact, the engine is a device that converts the imported fuel, whether gas or other types of fuel, into mechanical energy.

In this part, the imported fuel is LPG or CNG, which with the combustion that occurs in the cylinders causes the rotation of the engine shaft, the result of which is mechanical or kinetic energy, considering that the generator connected to the engine rotates and outputs electricity.

The type of fuel for gas engines in gas-burning generators
As we explained above, combustion engines consist of LPG and CNG.

LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas): LPG is a gaseous fuel that has been under pressure at a very low temperature, and this has caused it to become a liquid. Usually, this fuel is kept in the tank and it is cheaper than gasoline fuel and in terms of environmental pollution, it has very low pollution, and its octane percentage is high.

CNG (Compressed Natural Gas): Its literal meaning is dense natural gas. This fuel is usually used in gas-burning generators, which is a very suitable alternative to diesel and gasoline, which is also very environmentally friendly. This fuel is usually used in small engines with low power. This fuel is usually used in small engines with low power.

Generator or generator of electricity

An electric generator, which is another name for an alternator, is a device that is connected to the engine by a part called a shaft and turns the mechanical energy from the engine into electrical energy by rotating the shaft.
